×1. Placing an Order
- Select the product you wish to rent on our website.
- Choose your desired rental duration.
- Complete the order by entering your shipping details and payment information.
- A deposit amount will be charged at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the product, provided it is not damaged or lost.
2. Receiving the Product
- Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship the product to the shipping address you provided.
- Delivery and collection of the rental product will be handled by us, ensuring a smooth experience for you.
- Before shipping, all products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good condition.
3. Returning the Product
- At the end of your rental period, we will arrange to collect the product from the same address where it was delivered.
- Please ensure the product is packed securely and ready for collection. Any delay in returning the product may result in additional fees (details below).
4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection.
- If the product is returned undamaged and without any parts missing, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you.
- If the product is damaged or lost, we will retain a portion of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs, based on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item.
5. Late Returns
- If the product is returned after the rental period has ended, a late fee will be deducted from your deposit.
- The late fee will be calculated based on the additional duration the product was held beyond the rental period.
- If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.

- Browse through our collection and choose the item you'd like to try on.
- Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.
2. Choose a Try-On date
- After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
- Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
- To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
- On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
- Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.
Q&A:
1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.

How it Works
- Apply: Complete the mandatory safety waiver and intake form.
- Reserve: Choose your estimated rental duration and checkout. Your security deposit is fully refundable.
- Schedule: Our logistics lead will text you within 24 hours to coordinate your delivery window.
- Receive: We'll text a photo upon arrival and wait 5 minutes for a "thumbs up" or to help you with a quick fitting before heading to our next stop.
- Heal: When you're finished, we pick it up and refund your deposit!
Fitting & Safety Guidance
- Height Range: 4'10" – 6'6" (Adjustable pins)
- Weight Limit: Up to 300 lbs (Scooter) / 275 lbs (Hands-Free Crutch)
- General Guidance: Ensure your "good leg" is at a 90-degree angle when resting on the device. Always wear closed-toe shoes during use.
